Vinification: Lightly cold maceration; tradicional tanning fermentation in wine press, with controlled fermentation temperature of 26ºC, 18 months of storage in french oak wood.
It presents a very intense and dark colour, an accentuated and comples aroma that reminds very well mature red fruits, balanced acidity, corpulent in the mouth and a long ending.
Serve with: grilled and roasted meat dishes, and chesse. It should be served at a temperature of 18ºC. It should be decanted before being served.
