Vinification: Stigma and crushing; 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration, static clarification by cold for 48 hours, use of selected yeasts. Batonnage on fine lees.
Citrus yellow color. Aroma excellent aromatic intensity. Very fresh, citric and terpene.
In the mouth is surprisingly fresh, elegant. End of mouth very long and persistent.
Serve with: Ideal to accompany fish, seafood and white meats. Consume at 12ºC.
