“ON TABLE LDA.”, hereinafter referred to as OnTable, is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data, for the purposes referred to in this privacy policy. In this capacity, it undertakes to process your personal data, based on your consent or on another legal basis, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, and other legislation in force. OnTable undertakes not to process sensitive data, under the Regulation terms, such as: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as treatment of genetic data, biometric data to identify a person unequivocally, health data or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a person.

I. Collection of Personal Data

You should read this Privacy Policy before providing your personal information. OnTable undertakes not to collect your personal data on its website, except based on your consent, which may be given, in particular, by completing a clause elaborated for this purpose in each of the forms made available online. By providing your personal data to OnTable, you become a potential customer, you acknowledge, as such, and consent to the processing of such personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the Treatment of Personal Data, authorizing the use of such data to send information about our products through different means, such as electronic mail or other equivalent means of communication (such as SMS, postal mail, etc.).

Any links to other electronic sites are not covered by this personal data privacy and processing statement and are not the responsibility of OnTable.

II. Collection of personal data – its treatment and purposes – and management of technical information (cookies)

OnTable’s website uses cookies. However, no information shall be collected for the purpose of identifying its visitors or the definition of automated profiles producing legal effects in the sphere of the data subject. The registered technical information, not identifiable, is limited to the following items:

§ OnTable may have to transfer your Personal Data to third parties and subcontractors who provide us support services, such as suppliers of technological, logistical, transport and delivery services, in order to provide sufficient guarantees in the scope of contractual commercial operations. OnTable is committed to providing an adequate level of protection of your personal data, in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection, namely by storing in a database for this purpose, updated and protected computer systems, implementation of technical measures and organizational data appropriate to the protection of your personal data against unauthorized access, subject to data breach not belonging to OnTable.

V. Rights of Data Subjects

OnTable undertakes to respect the confidentiality of Personal Data and ensure the exercise of its rights. The rights of data subjects are guaranteed, pursuant to Chapter III of the General Regulation on Data Protection, namely access to and information on personal data, the right to rectification, deletion, portability and exercise of the right of opposition. OnTable reserves the right to change this privacy policy statement of personal data and cookies, without prior notice, ensuring the above rights of the data owners, in accordance with the current Regulation and other applicable legislation.
